BBQ Pulled Pork of Awesomeness

I start by chopping up a few onions and layering them at the bottom of my slow cooker. Then I take a pork shoulder, rubbed with my favorite spices and lay that on top. I cover the whole thing with a combination of vinegar and Clint’s Original Barbeque Sauce. Cook on low to medium-low for 6 hours or until the pork is easily pulled away with a fork. Shred and enjoy on a fresh backed bun with extra sauce.
