Dippin’ Sauce

Mixing equal parts salsa and fat-free Greek yogurt makes a creamy, tangy sauce that’s excellent on artichokes. Put trimmed artichokes in a covered dish with ½-inch of water and microwave for 6 to 8 minutes. Let stand a minute or two before uncovering. Leaves should detach easily. One at a time, pull off leaves, dip in the sauce, scrape against your teeth, and discard.”
