Eatingwell.com has published some great articles on creative ways to use barbecue sauce. In their 2008 Heart Healthy Recipe for Oven Barbecue Pork Chops they suggest to use a sauce that has low sodium, their choice for sauce has only 240mg per 2 tablespoons. But we like to take it a step further by using Clint’s Orignial Texas Barbecue that has only 180mg or sodium per 2 tablespoons. Here at Clint’s we never sacrifice taste but that doesn’t mean we will sacrifice your health either.
